Axon is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a fast-growing Construction Tech startup that is transforming the way construction sites operate. By leveraging IoT technologies and real-time data analytics, our platform captures data from on-site devices - including weight sensors, GPS, gyroscopes, and cameras - to generate actionable insights. These insights empower construction teams to make informed decisions, boost productivity, and enhance safety. As we scale our operations, we’re seeking skilled engineers to help us strengthen our data infrastructure and deliver smarter, data-driven construction solutions.
You’ll build and optimize scalable, cost-efficient data pipelines that process information from our IoT devices. You’ll work closely with our Israeli R&D team, working in data infrastructure, writing data pipelines, making data accessible for different applicative needs, and empowering data analysts and scientists.. This is a hands-on, impactful role where you’ll help shape our data systems as we grow.

The whole interview process will include 4–5 rounds (this may vary per role) of meetings with various people from your future team, hiring managers and leadership.

If that goes well, you'll be invited to a final stage where you'll meet with the line Manager for your position, usually it is a 30-min video call. This call is for personal acquaintance and to assess your long-term growth potential at Axon and let you ask more questions about our strategy and vision.

It's time to finalize the hiring process. Whether you’re successful with us or not, your recruiter will reach out to you with our decision, usually it takes 1 week. If the hiring manager decides to move forward our legal team will extend an offer in the shortest time and your recruiter will come back to you to handle negotiation and all concerns to make our future cooperation as comfortable as possible.
