We are looking for an experienced Business Development (IT Sales) specialist to join the Business Development team, which currently consists of 6 experienced Business Development Specialists. Your working focus will be on EU and Nordic countries.

What you need for this position

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or customer research (experience in outsourcing companies is preferable).
Written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
Knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to quickly learn new terminology and concepts.
Ability to understand complex business requirements and systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

What you will be doing

Collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers to execute the company’s sales strategy.
Actively search for and engage potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
Mostly work with cold leads (80% cold / 20% warm leads).
Prepare sales proposals and presentations for potential customers, and participate in contract signing and preparation.
Document and analyze all activities using the company’s CRM, PipeDrive.
Visit our clients during business trips.

You’ll meet with a hiring manager or Chapter Lead who will dive deeper into evaluation of your technical skills and give you an overview of a project, team and the expectations for the role.

Decision & Offer

It's time to finalize the hiring process. Whether you’re successful with us or not, your recruiter will reach out to you with our decision, usually it takes 1 week.
