We are looking for Junior Tendering Specialist (Researcher) who will be responsible for tenders research, proposal writing, procurement all over the EU and the US.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role on international markets; 
• Written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• General knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to quickly learn new terminology and concepts; 
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written - e-mails, project memos, reports, etc.);
• Ability to plan and organize work effectively;
• Ability to work independently with high level of self-management; 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Monitoring of upcoming tenders opportunities all over the EU and the US ; 
• Preparation of the commercial offers according to the provisions Management; 
• Carrying out all the activities related to the assigned procedure, from the initial analysis phase aimed at participation, to the post-award phase;
• Management of the entire bidding procedure for tenders;
• Cooperate with the Legal Department regarding tendering documentation; 
• Analysis of the tender documentation with identification of any critical issues and drafting of questions to be forwarded to the contracting authority for participation;
• Acquire and update all necessary documentation (regulatory and administrative);
• Cooperation with other departments and personnel/offices as per internal policies/procedures and legal requirements;
• Maintain tender / opportunity pipeline.
