About the project

Axon is looking for a React Engineer with Chrome Extension experience to join a dynamic team to work on a platform that simplifies and automates knowledge collaboration by helping teams capture, organize, find, share, and track video-based knowledge at the point of need. The platform is used by the most innovative Customer Success, Pre Sales, and Product teams and allows to boost productivity while shortening customers' time.
You will join an experienced team (Middle \ Senior Engineers only) which is located in Ukraine and Israel.

Technical stack of the Product:

  • TypeScript, React, MUI, Redux, React Konva, WebGL, Cypress;
  • Bit.dev, Sentry, FullStory;
  • GCP, Firebase, MongoDB;
  • Microservice architecture, Express.js, Nest.js.

What you need for this position

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in building web applications with React & TypeScript;
  • Good experience with Chrome Extensions development (manifest v3 would be a big plus);
  • Intermediate+ level of English for communication with international team.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain React-based solutions;
  • Leverage your Chrome Extension expertise to enhance the platform's capabilities; 
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to best practices and coding standards; 
  • Contributing to the overall architecture and design of the platform;
  • Analyze and estimate the effort of implementing the business requirements; 
  • Identify and propose improvements to get towards technological excellence;
  • Conduct design and code reviews; 
  • Write test cases in Cypress;
  • Develop custom video and audio recorders.
