About the project

We are looking for a developer at the beginning of his career who aspires to become a professional front-end engineer and conquer the software engineering world with us.

The front-end ecosystem is very fluid and it can be hard to keep up with the times. We know how to do it the right way. Our experience covers various types of web applications: SaaS platforms, content management systems, dashboards, admin panels, rich prototypes, browser extensions, e-commerce apps and many others.

To join our team, we propose you to start with accomplishing a test task that covers the basics of React development and styling things with CSS.

What you need for this position

  • 4th+ year of Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Presence of open-source pet projects / scientific projects / participation in hackathons / anything you are proud of;
  • Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
  • Familiarity with React and its ecosystem;
  • Strong technical background: knowledge of programming languages, paradigms and patterns, algorithms and data structures, etc.
  • Intermediate level of English, at least written;
  • Readiness to accomplish a test task.

  • Participate in different projects developing features with React and TypeScript.
  • Analyze and estimate the effort of implementing the business requirements; 
  • Identify & propose improvements to get towards technological excellence;
  • Learn the world’s best practices of modern front-end development.
  • Have mentorship and intensive training by Axon’s engineers.
